CJ is the President and CEO of Unfading Beauty Ministries, Inc. a non-profit
501 (c) 3 organization. Infusion Publishing was birthed out of dream to see
Scripture infused into women's lives.
CJ is a Bible teacher who always enjoyed writing. When asked by her
mentor to join the women's ministry writing team at church, her love for
writing became a passion. CJ knows first hand the power of God's Word to
transform lives. Her greatest joy comes from seeing a woman's eyes light up
as she discover a treasure in the Scriptures. She loves seeing lives
transformed by the power of the Word of God.

Pam Marotta - Curriculum Development/Assistant
Producer
Pam is a seasoned curriculum developer. With fifteen years of experience,
she has produced scores of Bible study curriculum and small-group
discussion guides. Recently her efforts include overseeing a team that
developed centralized Women’s Inductive Bible studies for Saddleback
Church.
Prior to her assignment with Saddleback, Pam worked for Lifetogether as a
curriculum developer and writer. She was influential in the development of
a video-led small group Bible study curriculum for Paramount Classics’ Kite
Runner® movie. During her tenure at Lifetogether, Pam assisted with the
development and writing of print curriculum for Focus on the Family,
Zondervan, Baker Publishing, and Tyndale House.
Prior to working for Lifetogether, Pam served at Saddleback Church and
participated in the development of the church’s earliest small group studies.
Her efforts included serving on the writing teams for major Saddleback
Church campaigns including the world-renowned 40 Days of Purpose. While
writing many small group curriculum's for Saddleback Church, she co-
founded the Message Application Team, which develops discussion guides
that accompany Saddleback Church’s weekly sermons.
As Associate Producer Pam was involved with the development and
production of the Saddleback Bible Study Series small group video-based
print discussion curriculum's that aligned with the releases of Mel Gibson’s,
Passion of the Christ® and Walden Media’s production of C.S. Lewis’
classic, The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe®.
